Frequently asked questions
The product
What exactly do I get?
One short, personalized motivational message every morning — written fresh for you, not pulled from a template. Each one closes with a small, concrete practice you can actually do that day.
When does it arrive, and can I pick the time and timezone?
Yes — you choose your send time and timezone when you set up your account, and you can change either anytime from your dashboard.
What if I don't like one?
Reply to the email, or use the feedback form in your dashboard. Either way, that feedback shapes tomorrow's message — Spark reads a trend across your recent replies, not just the last one.
Can I switch philosophies or tone?
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard preferences — no need to contact us or start over.
Personalization & privacy
How does it learn me?
Spark looks at a trend across your last five feedback replies, avoids repeating your last three messages, and keeps a long-term profile of themes that resonate with you and ones to avoid — updated after every reply.
What do you do with my replies?
They're used only to personalize your future messages. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising — see our full Privacy Policy for the complete picture.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account from your dashboard permanently erases your account, message history, feedback, and profile — everything cascades in one action, not a partial cleanup.
Billing
How long is the trial, and what does it cost?
30 days, free, no separate step required — it starts when you finish setup. After that, Daily Spark is a low-cost monthly subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard, which opens the Stripe billing portal — no emailing us to cancel.
Channels
Is it only email?
Email today. Text-message (SMS) delivery is in progress — we'll let existing users know when it's available rather than surprise anyone.
Boundaries
Is this therapy?
No. Daily Spark is a daily motivational practice, not therapy, treatment, or crisis support. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis line — in the US, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) is free and available 24/7.
